Why are 21+ signatures required for some deliveries?
A majority of our products are meant for adults. They are designed to be used for tobacco and legal herbs only. The legal federal age is 21 to deliver your order.
When will my order ship?
If you have not received a confirmation email with your tracking number within 48 hours, we are most likely delayed and will notify you of any changes. We are determined to get your order out as soon as possible.

Why doesn’t my tracking number doesn’t work?
So, you placed your order and just got your Confirmation email with your tracking number but it doesn’t work. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to process the tracking information. Tracking may also be delayed during busy business times, so try again in the morning.
How do I change the shipping address?

If your order was shipped via FedEx, we may still be able to update it for you. Unfortunately, if we are not able to update it, it will be up to you to try and recover your package.

How do I get/use this coupon code?
When you go to checkout there will be a coupon code box where you will enter the code. Once the code is entered it will be applied to your order. Some codes will require you to have certain items in your cart for it to work.

Can I get a discount on a large order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on orders but we do have a Clearance section if you are looking to save some money. Free Standard Shipping is available to all orders over $50.
Why does my billing address have to be registered to my card for orders over a certain dollar amount?
This is just to protect us from fraudulent orders. If we suspect any credit card fraud, law enforcement will be notified so they can pursue and prosecute as needed.
Did you charge me twice?
An Authorization for the funds will appear as a second “charge” but will disappear within 48 hours, depending on who you bank with. If you still see that pending charge after 48 hours we urge you to call your bank. They will be able to give you a better idea about what is happening and when that second “charge” will disappear.
What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to our customers in the United States and its territories. Nirvana’s Paradise guarantees that you will LOVE every product we make. We will offer a replacement or refund to products that you do not love.
We will accept returns on unused products for a 15% restocking fee.
Why did I receive an incorrect item?
Oh no I received the wrong product. No worries, just send us an email at Support@nirvanasparadise.com and we will work out your exchange for you.
Unused products are eligible for returns if they are initiated within 15 days of the receipt.
What is your return policy?
Customers within the United States and its territories are eligible for our Return Policy.
For products not made by us, you can initiate a return on any unused items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and as close to how you received them as possible. We can offer you a refund to your original payment method for a 15% Restocking fee that would be deducted from the overall refund or store credit with free return shipping.
Shipping damage should be reported to us within 48 hours by emailing us photos to Support@nirvanasparadise.com.
No refund will be issued if a returned item has been used and we will not be able to return the item to you.
If a product with a tamper-evident seal has been opened or the tamper-evident seal has been broken, it is no longer eligible for return.
Return Products that come in boxes or packaging from the manufacturer must be returned in their original box or packaging. A 50% refund will be issued to items if items are returned without the original box or packaging.
If a returned item arrives broken we can only issue a partial refund of 50% of the broken item. Please pack your returns with care as a lot of our products are breakable. There should be sufficient packaging material in the box you receive from us to be used for return shipping.
What’s the warranty on the pipes you sell?
All pipes are covered by our broken glass guarantee (50% of pipes sold by us) see the broken glass guarantee for details. Additionally, extra insurance is available for purchase
Will you send me some samples?
We do not offer samples but we do offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. When you receive your order and find that it is not what you expected, we’ll provide a shipping label for you to return to us. Once we have the product back, we will issue your refund.
